About the Event
Chatham County invites residents to join us for our 4th annual Spring Ag Fest at the Chatham County Agriculture & Conference Center (CCACC) on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Spring Ag Fest is a celebration of Chatham County’s agriculture, forestry, and natural resources. The event will offer something for everyone: livestock arena events, demonstrations, food, and more.
This event is made possible by the collaborative efforts of the Chatham County Center of N.C. Cooperative Extension, Chatham County Agriculture & Conference Center, Chatham County Farm Bureau, Chatham County Government, Chatham County Soil & Water, Farm Service Agency, and the NC Forest Service.
The Spring Ag Fest is free and open to the public.
Note: For the safety of participants as well as vendors/exhibitors (and their livestock/poultry/etc.), this is not a dog-friendly event so we ask that visitors do not bring their dogs to Ag Fest.

Ready, Set, Grow Agricultural Magic Show
Farmer Ed will entertain the kids with a show that is magical, comical, and full of silly stuff that kids can relate to. Kids will learn about farm life and how food makes it from farm to table. Farmer Ed helps kids understand how important farming is to our lives. There will be three shows inside the conference center directly behind the Kids Zone.
Show times are at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.
The Magic Show is possible thanks to the generous support of the Chatham County Farm Bureau.
