Every spring, Rosmarie and Alan Rosenbloom bring in a professional to shear their herd of about 35 alpacas at Black Tulip Alpaca Farm in Siler City, NC. Joe Moore of Indian Springs Farms & Shear Bliss brings an assistant and takes a couple of days to shear the herd. Rosmarie spins the fiber into beautiful yarn.
