Cost Share Funds for Organic Certification
The North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (NCDA&CS) is now accepting applications for the organic cost share reimbursement program.
This year’s program will reimburse 75%, up to $750, of the costs incurred in obtaining organic certification for each category of certification. Expenses must have been incurred and paid between October 1, 2015 and September 30, 2016.
Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All applications must be complete and must include the application itself, an IRS W-9 form, a copy of the organic certificate and copies of invoices from the certifying agency.
Applications are due December 1, 2016.
